What EEG measures

EEG (electroencephalography) measures the brain’s electrical activity: the most direct indicator of alertness. Fatigue begins in the brain before it becomes visible: measuring it at the source makes it possible to anticipate it, not chase it. It is the same principle studied in sleep laboratories, brought to the road in a light band you wear.
